Terms and Condition for Sales and Delivery of Products from NABAS

Pricing and Payment

All prices are exclusive of any customs and taxes. Buyers within must prior to shipping provide NABAS with a valid VAT number. The invoice will be issued upon shipment. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from shipping.

Order and delivery

If the customer is the agreed provider of the antigen used for purification of the antibodies, the antigen must be delivered to NABAS minimum 4 weeks prior to the agreed delivery date for the antibodies. NABAS is not liable for any costs related to damage or loss of income due to delay in delivery.

Shipping

Shipment will be made EXW (Incoterms 2010) NABAS’ shipping point in Ås, Norway. Shipping will be invoiced directly from the carrier to the customer. Products are shipped with cooling elements for refrigeration during transport.

Limitation of warranty

NABAS warrants that the Products upon delivery EXW conform to the agreed specifications stated on the Order Confirmation, Product Specification Sheet and Certificate of Analysis respectively. Any implied warranty or condition regarding results obtained through the use of the Products (such as to the effect that results will be accurate, valid or complete), of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are hereby expressly excluded.

Product Use

The Products are not intended for pharmaceutical, therapeutic or any in vivo use. The customer is liable to ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements related to the use of the Products.
